Cancellation Policy

Since all appointments are reserved for you, we ask that you guarantee all appointments with a valid credit card. We require that you notify us 24 hours in advance should you need to reschedule or cancel. If you do not notify us or cancel at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled service time, we reserve the right to charge 100% of all booked services.
